Infact, the state of Karnataka was called as Mysore State until 1973.

Voice of Mysuru is the product of Mr Achyuta K Raj – a proud Mysurean and a student of JSS Science & Technology University, working non-profit to promote the online presence of Mysuru, to preserve and showcase its heritage to the world and to accelerate the infrastructural development of the region, thereby contributing a little to uplift the economy of the Mysuru.
